Hi, my name is Ali and I am inviting you to come practice vinyasa yoga with me in the beautiful Cambridge Common. For those of you unfamiliar, vinyasa yoga is a fast-paced, aerobic workout that involves breathing techniques, muscle toning, balancing, and core strengthening. No experience required!
