Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital & a meal at The Bugle Horn

Tiggywinkles, the world's busiest Wildlife Hospital is just on our doorstep - in Haddenham - so we're planning an afternoon visit to see some of the great work they do caring for & rehabilitating sick and injured hedgehogs, badgers, wild birds, foxes, even reptiles and amphibians. We'll also be able to visit the sanctuary area which houses a wide range of animals (including deer, hedgehogs and rabbits), water birds and red kites that cannot be returned to the wild. Entrance costs £5.10 for adults.
After our visit we plan to go to The Bugle Horn (Oxford Road, Hartwell) for a drink and something to eat. Their Sunday menu: http://www.vintageinn.co.uk/thebuglehornhartwell/pdf/thebuglehornhartwell-sunday_menu.pdf
If you only want to go to Tiggywinkles and don't want to join us for a drink and a meal afterwards, please let me know when you reply so that I can adjust our table booking.

Thanks Ann for the afternoon, its on my doorstep but hadn't realised it was open to visitors and as you say, thank goodness for the work St. Tiggywinkles do. Chris and I really enjoyed it.

A very enjoyable afternoon - lots of "Aaahs" at the ducklings & bird chicks, lots of "oohs" at the stunning red kites - and some serious moments when you read what mankind (or should that be man-not-so-kind?) does to wild birds and animals. Thank goodness Tiggywinkles are there to help injured wildlife. Very good dinner at The Bugle Horn ... And excellent company - as always - thank you everyone.

Hi all - nice to see so many people interested in this. Look forward to seeing you all next Sunday - fingers crossed for weather like we have today!
I'll be passing through Aylesbury on my way to Tiggywinkles if anyone needs a lift - have 2 spaces left in my car.

Hi. I have worked out that it is possible for me to get there by bus. However, if anybody in/passing through Aylesbury can give me a lift, that would be lovely. Look forward to seeing you all :)

My neighbour Chris would also like to join us, but at this moment I don't think we're having dinner after. If we change plan I'll be responsible for letting the Bugle Horn know if you prefer Ann. Look forward to seeing you all.

Hi Julie - great to hear Chris will be joining us - please let me know if you want to join us for dinner - probably easier if I contact the Bugle Horn. See you next Sunday.

That's fine, Sue - if you do change your mind and want to meet us at Tiggywinkles, just let me know. Not sure exactly what time we'll get to The Bugle Horn - could text you when we're setting off from Tiggywinkles if that would help?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
