I love the Sanghas. Tracy has it timed so well it is like attending a performance. I especially enjoy listening to the respected speakers and getting a glimpse of cooking techniques by Sanjai-gi. I enjoy his relaxed cooking methods and humor. Got spiced milk? Jai maa!
