Using Azure to Broadcast Kinect Feeds

We will discuss the capabilities of the Windows Kinect sensor and Windows Azure Media services and Azure Blob storage.

In the demo we will show how you can use Kinect to broadcast the Audio, Video, and Depth feeds into an Azure Blob storage and how that can be used with Azure Media Services for encoding and streaming options.

Presented by:

Dwight Goins, Kinect Hacker, Microsoft MVP

Washington Leon Jordan, VP Technology, Nimbo

We will now be meeting every 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6pm.

If you have suggestions or are interested in presenting please e-mail us: [masked].
