Rediscover Taiwan's Indigenous Tea

This meet up we will open for more tea friends, say 20 RSVP. We will like to share with our tea friends the story of Taiwan's Indigenous Tea Forest...and why nowadays it is getting more attention from our tea industry...especially when Organic tea practice and Ecology issue is hitting the World. Taste the new FB-01 and compare with Ruby 18... The old wisdom of "看茶作茶" - has been proved again. The leaves from these wild tea bushes definitely not suitable for making traditional Pouchong or TungTing, no good for Green tea, and can't compete with Assam to p ... But, who will know these are great leaves for making White tea, Pu-Erh type (after-fermentation process) tea. and the getting popular Brandy Oolong.
In short, those indigenous tea plants are enlightening many of us, tea lovers and also tea professionals.  We probably just don't know enough to treasure them at the first place.
