Finding a Harmony Code by Group Cupping and Tasting

We will prepare one tea, to have a series of experiments.

First round, with same water temperature, same steeping time but 3 different amounts of tea to be measured for cupping.

Second round, with same amount of tea, same water temperature, but 3 different steeping time.

The third round, with same amount of tea, same steeping time, but 3 different temperatures of heated water.

Our participants will share and find out what will be the Harmony Code for this particular tea. (It is a combination of three T: tea amount, temperature of heated water, time of steeping.)

After 3 rounds of experiments that all done in traditional cupping sets, we will then invite our good friend, Patti to use 3 different tea sets she brought to our meet-up, to prepare the same tea to serve to our participants.  Let us eyewitness why different vessels might give the same tea with different presentation in aroma, flavor, taste and sense...

This one should be fun. To make sure that participants can enough time to go through the whole experiment...we have to limit our participants with 15 the maximum.  RSVP your seat fast!
