    Bootcamp this morning was sooooooooo COOL! The hardest thing about it is making the decision to get out of bed. Once you defeat that, the rest is all good. Rainey has this way of feeding you word seed that in the midst of WORKING THAT BODY, you know that no matter how much is required on your behalf, you have the WILL to TRY to PUSH THROUGH! It's a work out, don't fool yourself. But, I urge you to experience hearing Rainey say, "Count it, say WHAT????" all while you're on your back, pushing through, looking at God's beautiful sky! I'm just saying................

    Hello everyone just an FYI... if you plan to attend any boot camps by Rainey/ Balance4Life Fitness4Wellness it is Mandatory that you RSVP or you will be asked to leave Tri-Fitness Session. Also the last two Boot camps for June 2014 which are June 21 & 28 will be located at the pacific trail.
    Any question about arrangements email Rainey at or call. Also Balance4Life Fitness4Wellness is preparing for their 2nd Annual Fitness Fest! Hope to see you and a guest there. Come ready to learn, get fit, and adopt a healthy life style for you and your family. Last but not least for the month of July there will be No Saturday Tri-Fitness boot camp. Saturday boot camp for July will be moved to Thursday evenings at 7pm at the pacific trail. Again I look forward to getting each of you fit & well, my question for you is how bad do you want it.
