Lose Weight, tighten and tone, be healthy.

Why is this your fitness goal?

I am not comfortable at the weight I am currenlty. I want to live a long healthy life.

What are you willing to do to reach your goal?

Whatever it takes to get there I am willing to do it. I will not limit myself based on what my mind tells me.

What are some barriers that prevent you from reaching your goal?

I was a barrier, procrastination, but those barriers have been removed.

Excellent, it's a full body workout. Rainey is not just focused on working out and getting you fit, but is genuinely concerned about a person's total well being - mind, body and spirit; Tri-fit. She reminds us that the body only does what the mind tells it to do. She pushes us to be excellent on all levels. She encourages us to find our limit and push past it. There were times where I wanted to quit and her enthusiasm and encouragement caused me to go to another level. I have seen changes in my body that I never thought I would see again. I have so much more energy now. I don't have pain in my knees because of my weight and I don't get winded walking up the stairs. I feel stronger than I have in years. I absolutely love it and encourage anyone who wants to get their life back and take control of their health to come out and join us.
