Please meet me just before 12pm at level 9 reception of 15 Willeston St as sign in is required. Once the meeting starts at 12pm sharp it may be difficult to come through to get you.

Feel free to bring your lunch. A small area to make Tea/Coffee is close to the meeting room facilities.

We are hosting a BABOK study group initiated by the NZTA Business Analysis Practice with the endorsement and support of the NZ chapter of the IIBA. This group is targeted at both Business Analysts external to NZTA and NZTA Business Analysts.

The objectives are as follows:

1. To discuss BA related issues and challenges (that may or may not be directly related to the content within the BABOK®).

2. Assist all members to achieve IIBA CCBA®/CBAP® certification over a 12 – 18 month period (especially for those that don't wish to join a IIBA Accelerator Study Group to six an exam after 3 - 4 months of intensive study). Attendance at the sessions by members can count for PDUs used to qualify to sit the exam.

3. Establish a collaborative BA community between NZTA BAs and external

4. Establish a common level of business analysis knowledge amongst Junior, Intermediate and Senior BAs at NZTA and externally, who come to business analysis from diverse backgrounds, or without formal training.

PRE-REQUISITES

• Ideally attendees will be seeking to gain CCBA or CBAP accreditation in the next 12 – 18 months. Preference will be given to those who have kicked off their application if demand exceeds available space.

• Attendees are required to have a copy of the BABOK.

• Attendees will be encouraged to attend regularly rather than having it composed of random attendees

      Yep, I'm happy with 12:30pm if it isn't held at NZTA. Rooms are hard to secure after 1pm here

    Thanks for getting the discussion re time going. Unfortunately next meeting (26 Feb) can only be from 12-1 as we don't have a meeting room available outside that timing.
    But from then onwards 12.30 is possible.
    Apologies about the confusion.
