Blacketts Fitness Hike

This will be an ongoing hike almost every Tuesday and Thursday at about this time. This is my training hike.

If you want to get faster, stronger and improve your fitness level, this is the one for you.

We can start together, people can go at their own pace, try to keep up with the faster ones, slow down and take photographs, whatever you want. It's an out and back on a good trail.

The stats are about 6 miles and 1800' elevation gain.

Bring water & snacks if you want.

Hike at your own risk.

Well, I have a slightly different take on it. I think a better idea of fitness is your time to the top. If you can do it in about an hour give or take 5 minutes, that is good. If you go up in and hour and 20 minutes but then run down in 40 minutes I wouldn't say that is a great time. Just my opinion.

You are very good. Anything under 2 hours is great, especially if you are not running the flats.
