The meeting will be split into 4 parts. We will open by spending 15 minutes reading out loud two or three poems by published poets that inspire our lives/writing/emotions/pursuits or that we simply find beautiful in form. The next 30 minutes we will work on relaxed creative exercises ranging from writing to music, exquisite corpse with words,  non-stop timed writing for a matter of minutes etc.. We will follow with a full hour of reading aloud and group discussion of our own poems and finally will conclude with another 15 minutes of reading works by published poets or writing to music once more depending on what everyone prefers. Cost : 1 Euro per session. Please bring weekly material, (member's poems that were sent out to discuss with your feedback and notes on them,) your favorite books of poetry and paper and pen for writing. You will receive the weekly poems up for discussion by email during the week before the meeting. Though timing is flexible I would like to spend approximately 10 minutes talking about each poem which leaves us with 6 entries per week. The first 6 poems sent to the group will be the ones we read and give/receive feedback on. However, please don't hesitate to bring along more work in the case we finish early and have more time.  There is a medium sized room in the back of Pato Loco. Walk through the restaurant past the spiral staircase and find us there. We meet every week on Wednesday evening. In the event there is a soccer match and our room in the back of Pato Loco is not available one Wednesday I will inform the group ahead of time.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
