Our May book will be Breaking the Spell.

As Daniel Dennett will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming Imagine No Religion 3 conference in Kamloops, we will read his most well-known book, Breaking the Spell for our May book club.

Breaking the Spell analyses religion as a natural phenomenon and looks at how beliefs, customs, and traditions could have evolved.

The BC Humanist book club will be held on thefirst Tuesday of every monthat a members home.

Please suggest books for upcoming months and invite anyone who may be interested.

Most books are available at the Vancouver Public Library or local book stores or through the BC Humanist Association.

Sorry for the confusion. This page is for May's book club - which will be Breaking the Spell. Next week will be Myth of Sisyphus.
