Did anyone leave a stove in there? I was one of the last to leave and found one on the picnic table.

Fantastic hot spring pools with infastructure at the end of a well marked, interesting trail with some views. Thank you also to Doug the driver up and down the big hill, and Stoyana for gaitors and to everyone for being such a great group to hike and sit in hot springs with. When are we going back?

I know this is Saturday/Sunday trip but I also have Monday and Tuesday off since this is a part of a long weekend. Just wondering if some of you would be interested in staying in Pemberton/Whistler area for two more days for more hiking or biking......:)

    • Shane

Nicole and I are considering optionsTenquille, Birkenhead, Joffre and Wedgemont are on our mind. Any thoughts/interest?

      June 22, 2014

    • Hana M.

Hmmmm, good ideas....I have another one...lol...I'll be staying in Whistler no matter what, so perhaps we can talk about it more Wednesday after the bike ride...:)

      June 24, 2014

  • Dennis

The 32km long access road is quite good, albeit with some steep sections. There are no water bars and I suspect much of it has been recently graded. Most AWD vehicles with a bit of clearance should be able to make it.

    June 24, 2014

  • Daphne

I can drive but would prefer to catch a ride for this one, please :-)

    June 24, 2014

  • Michael

    Hi,

I will be catching the 620am ferry over on Saturday am arriving in Horseshoe Bay at 8am - can anyone coming with me make there way to the ferry or get a ride from the church and then connect en route - I figure if folks leave the church around 730 ish you'll be passing by the BC Ferries around 8pm.

Hi - I am taking Nicole and now that Elspeth has cancelled have a free seat if anyone needs a ride.

    June 17, 2014

  • Hana M.

Nothing super specific. We could A: stay in Pemberton area and do more hiking ( camp or hostel in Pemberton) or B: drive back to Whistler and do some biking/hiking there ( camp or stay in hostel). If we are a small group we can leave the bikes at my friend's place in Whistler on the way up....just throwing it out there....;)...specific plan would be put together by the group...:)

There is still a LOT of snow on the access road and as such, the trailhead won't be reachable for quite some time. I am therefore moving the date to June 28/29.
