BCMC

Rating: Intermediate

Distance: 3.3 km (one way)

Please note that you'll either need an annual Grouse Mountain pass (great deal at $99 per year) or have to pay $10 to ride the gondola down.

This hike is a great conditioning hike. Short and steep - good for strength and cardio, and a great way to end an inside kind of work day!

Level of fitness: this is an intense hike !! you should be able to do the grind under 1hr,10mins to join this hike, please consider this before signing up as it is not fair to the rest of the group to have to wait for slow hikers.
