At the most basic level, we provide a shared, creative work environment for entrepreneurs, the creative class, microbusinesses and consultants.
BE+COLLABORATIVE
We're inspired by a growing worldwide movement in work collaboration called coworking, where people work in a shared space, alone and together. We have two spaces: Beacon and Uptown Kingston.
BE+COMMUNITY
We're also building a community of members with a range of creative and technical talents and a desire to improve our professional lives, our personal lives and our community.
BE+ENGAGED
Communities thrive when they work together, play together, share ideas, and - well - commune. We plan programs and events to inspire, educate and bond members — and ultimately, contribute to the larger community: personal and professional development workshops, seminars, social and cultural events.
BE+LOCAL
Ultimately we're supporting a Local Living Economy, one that is locally rooted and human-scale. Help us cultivate a vital culture of environmental, social and economic sustainability in the Hudson Valley.
