Hi, Marilyn, welcome to our meetup group! I see that you RSVP'd yes twice for this Monday's (March 4) meetup, but commented that you couldn't come, so perhaps when you went to change your RSVP you accidentally hit "yes" again? In any case, I changed your RSVP to not attending. If I was in error, please RSVP yes again. Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Hi Marilyn - great news about not getting lost in the Bush Capital. Obviously driven by a local, then? I can't make the 21st in Boston because I'd previously committed to a dinner with 7 other Aussie couples in Newport for that night. It took 2 months to set the date given everyone's work & travel commitments with the Navy. Aghh! I appreciate your auction gifts for the event. I'll try to catch up with you next time I'm in Boston. Cheers
Hi Marilyn - in Canberra the watering holes are either in Civic (the CBD area including Mort St Braddon), Manuka, Kingston and then a few pubs around particular suburbs (O'Conner,
Dickson, Ainslie, Narrabunda etc). Hope that helps you out because Canberra's a big country city with not enough people in it. Beautiful but don't get lost on the roundabouts near Lake Burley Griffin.
