I'm sorry you had that experience. We are open about a half hour before the formal practice time and until a half hour after it ends. So on Saturday it would be 6pm-8:30pm. The schedule is posted on our website. Let me know if you'd like it emailed to you. Best to come on a Thursday at 6:50 pm where you will be greeted and introduced to the Zen Center. Hope you can return!
