We facilitate informal monthly meet-ups regarding all the wonderful opportunities in Real Estate today as well as give back to our community through volunteering and charity events. At charity events members can volunteer service or even make donations if they chose although participation in that side of the group is completely voluntary. Investment meet-ups are informal and we openly discuss commercial & residential investments, properties in contract, markets, contracts, mortgages, rehabbing, conversions, management, private lending, self-directed IRA's, 1031 exchanges, etc.! If it pertains to real estate & investment you are welcome and encouraged to participate, volunteer and give something back whether its wisdom or first hand knowledge to your fellow members.
