Hike Tumbledown Mountain with Summit Swim!

Tumbledown Mountain is a 4.3 mile out and back trail located near Weld, Maine that features a lake near the summit and is rated as moderate. No admission or parking fees. Elevation Gain 1850 ft.

Directions from closest town 

The park is located 14 miles west of Wilton along Route 156/142 in Weld (just opposite Webb Lake). Trails up Tumbledown leave from the Byron Notch Road 5.8 miles west of Weld Corner. Camping reservations for Mt. Blue State Park can be made on-line at the link noted above.

    This is also posted in my South Shore Hike Bike & Social club. where we have at least 7 more attending. Probably more because it's on the way home from the white water rafting event and well get a few of those folks to attend.
