“ I think it is interesting for BMW to be thinking to find ways to enhance their bottom line. Though I wonder they have a $100MM fund and most of the things that are needing to be funded are mobile apps that are providing means to connect people with disparate sources of information using good UI's. I was hoping to find out that BMW i Ventures was interested in solving the big problems around personal mobility and possibly was a independent unit outside of BMW allowed to make investments that may compete with BMW as well. But that is not the case. I did get to meet with Joachim Kolling and I hope to get in touch with the rest of the i Ventures team here in NYC, to learn more from them. ”
