Nothing equals the learning experience of real home cooking. In classes, you have the tantalizing experience of using your five senses to see, hear, smell, touch and taste everything, including the final prepared dish. You have the opportunity to interact with the chef and ask questions to help you better understand the concepts and techniques.

Cooking classes are also innovative in nature, as I will not only teach you how to prepare a menu of dishes, I will also cover presentation and garnishing, which enhance prepared dishes and lend confidence in the overall culinary experience. You will learn the right way to balance food textures and flavors, and how to use specific ingredients for certain dishes. Imagine being exposed to various cuisines from around the world, making you more knowledgeable about the art of cooking.

Home cooking classes are fun to attend! You will learn new dishes, make new friends,BON APPÉTIT works at bringing people together around the table to share in the joys of fresh food, good wine and take home new techniques and ideas to make cooking at home more enjoyable and fulfilling.
