Invisibility: A Biblical Understanding of Race, Power and Freedom

  • Mar 15, 2013 · 7:00 PM
  • Lesley University

In light of the recent stage play adaptation of Ralph Ellison's "Invisible Man", BSAP asks the question, "What does it mean to be invisible as women (and men) of God?" We will examine a Biblical understanding of race, power, and freedom.

The purpose of the BSAP group is to provide a safe space for growth, discussion and fellowship with women from all walks of life. This particular evening, we are inviting Christian brothers to join in on our discussion. Please bring a snack to share with the group, and as always, invite a friend!
We hope to see you on Friday, March 15 at 7pm.
Location: Lesley University (Porter Sq.) University Hall, Room 3-101 (Third Floor) 1815 Massachusetts Ave. Cambridge, MA 02140
Public Transportation Directions - Take the 77 or 96 bus or the Red line to Porter Square.
