I cannot attend but I wanted to share this announcement with you all. These are extremely reputable individuals!
Monique and David Reed from the TAMU Department of Biology will present a talk titled Catch Me if You Can: Getting the Perfect Wildflower Shot, at the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 22nd. They will introduce the Lick Creek Park flowers and share tools, techniques, and tips for taking pictures of wildflowers. This year’s talk will include new flower pictures and new information on how to overcome common floral photography challenges (light, angle, size, wind, etc.). This talk will be followed Saturday morning the 26th with a walk at the Park to observe, identify, and photograph the flowers in bloom. For the walk, meet us at 8:30 AM in the main parking lot at the Park.
