Having a hard time sticking with your workouts with the kids around? Try out a Baby Boot Camp class for FREE! All fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed! Kids of all ages are welcome in class. Baby Boot Camp is the premier stroller fitness program allowing Moms to reach their health and fitness goals while spending time with their munchkins. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged.
Here's how to prepare for your first class:
Wear comfortable workout clothes and running shoes. Bring a water bottle. Bring a yoga mat or large beach towel.
Bring a jogging stroller or other mall type stroller if that's what you have (umbrella strollers aren't recommended). Kids stay in the strollers for the duration of class for saftey reasons.
Bring anything your child might need such as: Bottle, pacifier, blanket, toys, snacks, diapers, etc.
You must be 6 weeks postpartum, 8 weeks postpartum if you had a c section before beginning our program.
· We meet at the THPRD Athletic Center at 50 NW 158th Ave Beaverton. We meet outside the entrance by the bike racks. You'll see a bunch of moms with strollers, just follow them.
· If it's not raining or temps are above 40 degrees, class is held outside, otherwise we are inside. Wear layered and comfortable workout clothes and running/training shoes. Bring a jacket that you can take off when you get warm and put back on during stretching. You can check us out on Facebook to see some of the things we do in class.
