It is designed specifically to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels as well as prenatal moms in the preparation of meeting the physical challenges of parenting, labor and delivery. It takes the place of a personal trainer at the time in your life when you need it the most, in a supportive environment.
