Baby Boot Camp is the premier stroller fitness program for prenatal and postpartum women. It is personal training at a fraction of the cost! Nationally certified fitness professionals instruct all classes and modify exercises for pregnant, post-natal and ultra-fit moms. Limited class sizes mean that you receive the personalized attention that you deserve. Every class incorporates cardiovascular exercise, strength training, core work, and stretching. All fitness levels are welcome. Come out and give us a try your first class is always free. We also have lots of interaction & play with the little ones after class, plus schedule regular Moms Night/Day out events for that break that we all need.
