Bordeaux Tasting @ Plum Market

Tasting is $20 plus tax.

Join Bacchus Club at Plum Market for a Petit Chatueax, Grand Experience tasting. Light appetizers included.
Think you understand "Bordeaux"? Conventional wisdom says the region produces only exclusive, expensive wines from famous estates. Bordeaux is actually France's largest wine region, kicking out close to 1.5% of the entire world's wine production! The wines come in all styles and accessible price points; we'll cover the right and left banks (Cab and Merlot dominate blends, respectively) as well as crisp whites and luscious Sauternes. Big Bonus: we'll focus on the 2010 and 2009 vintages, of which Jancis Robinson, MW says, "I find it hard to imagine that I will ever again encounter such successful consecutive vintages in Bordeaux as 2009 and the infant 2010's."
