Please join us for an evening of fine rose wine paired with a six course summer dinner menu created by Chef Timon of Sugarcane.
7pm – Rose Champagne Reception
8pm – Seated dinner with 6 courses paired with 3 Rose Wines
Cost: $51 pp includes 6 course dinner, 3 wine pairings, rose champagne reception, tax and tip!

Snacks- marinated olives /orange/ thyme
Amuse- Chef’s Selection
Raw Bar- scallop crudo / apple / black truffle / lime / jalapeño
Tapas- heirloom tomatoes/ pickled watermelon/ feta cheese
-goat cheese croquettes / membrillo marmalade
-bacon wrapped dates/ linguiça / manchego
-duck & waffle crispy leg confit/ duck egg/ mustard maple
Robata- grilled branzino/ summer beans/ mint pesto
Dessert- torrejas / maple caramel apples

No substitutions, but please feel free to pay it forward and share your unwanted portions with your new friends and Bacchus table mates!
Also, your promptness is greatly appreciated, as the dinners are served family style and if you come late, your new family will eat your portions!
