The Back Porch Music Jam meetup group is for acoustic musicians and singers who enjoy gathering to make music in a casual and friendly setting. Imagine a jam session in Mayberry RFD, on Andy Taylor's back porch, with some modern influences. The music is in the style of that heard on WUNC's Back Porch Music radio show*: acoustic based folk, singer/songwriter, Celtic, blues, jazz, and bluegrass from all ages.
