Backcountry Betties & Babies is a network of women in Western Washington who love to hike, ski, bike, backpack, climb, and more.

BB&B is all about:

  • Moms who love getting outside and want to share it with their kids...and also sometimes get out 'solo' too. 
  • Women with a passion for outdoor adventure: 
    • rock climbing, hiking, biking, skiing/boarding, ski touring, snowshoeing, kayaking...
  • Moms connecting with other women who also love to play outside.

 

This group is for you if you love the outside, are a mom, or a 'mom-supporter' (woman who thinks our idea is great!). We are not really a family-group, although we will have occasional whole-family event. 

Membership gives you the opportunity to get outside hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and whatever else is on the calendar. 

In order to make this a successful group, we have a few requirements:

 

  • Attend 1 event / quarter or season.
  • Plan 2 events / year (preferably one in fall/winter and another in spring/summer).
  • Membership fee of $10/year.
