Fireside at the Lyons

The program will feature a talk by a couple who recently visited the holy sites in Istanbul and Edirne, Turkey, where Bahau'u'llah, the prophet and founder of the Baha'i Faith, was banished before He ultimately was sent to Akka in what is now Israel.  There will be food both for the body and the spirit and time for questions and discussion following the short talk.

Baha’is strive to share Baha'u'llah's message with their family, friends, neighbors and co-workers, with the understanding that "that which the Lord hath ordained as the sovereign remedy and mightiest instrument for the healing of all the world is the union of all its peoples in one universal Cause, one common Faith."

Although small in numbers, we shared some inspiring stories with our guest about our visit to the holy places in Turkey where Baha'u'llah lived for a time.
