Well, it got here today. I can finally start to read and at least have some reference to speak from when we meet this weekend. :-) I've read a couple pages and I am very happy. This gives me hope that rhyming poetry still has roots and substance. Even though I write and like both types, it's hard to find modern rhyming poets (even though from 2000), and this poet has some major and obvious poetic chops. For those interested, there is a free 2 hour seminar on self-publishing at the Beale Library on Saturday at 11:00am. I am taking a little time off work to go. I'll see you all on Sunday. Have a grand end to the week.

I've enjoyed this book very much. The author uses a multitude of rhyming styles, and one I had never seen before but want to try now. :-) I hope everyone else has gotten their books and are enjoying it equally.

I am enjoying this book immensely. So many rhyming styles. Really inspirational. Not only is he sticking to the style, but I'm loving his content too. Fantastic.

I am still awaiting mine, but when you order from an individual off Amazon you are up their mercy. But, I am hoping this week I will get lucky. :-)

Hoping this venue will provide us with less noise out on their patio. I like their drinks and appetizers too. Most of the quaint spots around town are closed Sundays, so we will work with what we've got because I'm keeping Sundays as our meeting day.

I will be changing the venue for this meeting, just a heads up :)
