This group is for anyone interested in classical dance and fitness. We are a group of ex dancers who regularly keep fit and flexible by meeting each week. It's very social, so we thought we would open our doors to anyone who likes ballet, meeting new people and the idea of a low impact work out that keeps you supple. You don't have to be a dancer or a fitness enthusiast to enjoy this, just come along and enjoy the company. No previous ballet experience is necessary.
