I can't believe it's $5 ballet

A fun dance class covering ballet basics in comfortable clothes and eclectic music.

Let's meet this Fall/Winter (October thru December) on Mondays at 530PM to benefit fully from the positive strengthening and alignment that ballet has to offer.

The goal is to focus on the bodies we have, not the one that we once had or the one we imagine is possible. We appreciate what we have and we build from there with a good attitude and a positive work ethic.

If you attend and enjoy the class, please post to let others know! With your help and support, we would like to grow and continue affordable, fun ballet in Philadelphia!

As much as I enjoyed the first class, I won't be able to attend on Mondays anymore. My daughter is taking violin lessons at the same time. Please keep me informed if there are any classes at a different time or different day. Thanks! :-)

I work at 9th and Chestnut - any suggestions re: catching a bus to class would be appreciated! It's just a 2 miles away.

Just walk over to Chestnut & 7th St and take the northbound #47 bus (Across the street from Jones Restaurant). Tell the driver to let you off at Poplar and 7th Street. Then it's a quick walk: Westward to 8th Street (You'll see a softball field) and then northward down the block to the studio at 954 N 8th Street (http://goo.gl/maps/YP...). I hope this helps!
