Dance -n -Exercise

 

Zumba is hosted by Candy Banks, certified to teach Zumba,level 1, Zumba Gold and Zumba in the Circuit(at Curves)

An aerobic exercise class for everyone who wants to groove and tone up with Latin and other international music, plus crowd favorites like the Jive,Country and Line dances - no partner needed. Dress comfortably,supportive shoes, bring a water bottle, and a friend. No dance experience needed and exercise is tailored to everyone, even with disabilities. Come to Party!  Most Thursdays , 7PM at St. David's Episcopal Church (southside)  watch the calendar for updates.   No charge, but donations accepted to cover licensing costs to use Zumba music/trademark.
