Greetings all BBC Breathers, and potential members!
Welcome to the Circle.
As there are enough agendas in life, this will be an open breathe, no specific theme or agenda.
Make this the something new you try in the month of May.
Breath has a powerful impact on the body and mind. Just try holding your breath and see what happens. But when used with intention and in a specific way, a range of benefits show up from simple relaxation to expanded awareness.
The evening will include:

Time: 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Location: just South of Towson University
(exact directions will be sent to members coming to the meetup)
No prior experience is needed, just bring a willingness to try and an open mind.
Please arrive just before 630pm so that we can start on time and end right at 830pm.
You may want to bring a pillow with you. Nothing special to wear, just something comfortable.
The $20.00 fee is payable at the door with cash or check.
