How do you describe your breathing?

It is a struggle for me to rememner to breathe, but when I do it makes such a big difference! I want to incorporate mindful breathing into my life in order to reduce stress and help me focus.


I have a good amount of stress in my life and am searching for different ways to relieve it....any activity that is mindful and centering does wonders, so I am very curious to learn more.
