New session- Morning class with Nina Amaya

  • November 7, 2013 · 10:00 AM
  • at Studio Nina Amaya

$20 is for each month's classes!

$7 to drop in to a single class.

This is an ongoing class that starts at 10am, or 10:15 if you want to skip the tea and talking. ;-)

Really. Tea is at 10:00am.
I like it when you are here for tea. Thursday morning classes are a crazy low price! $7/class or $20 for a whole month. All levels. We have a great group of ever shifting dancers, and ever shifting props, focus- not a choreography class! Beginners are welcome if they already dance, and love it. (Club dancing, Zumba, ballroom, ballet- any dance background will do)

My classes and workshops are always designed for self expression as well as technique- it's fun! Meetup members get 10% off my classes, except this one, as it is already discounted (heavily!)

Nina is director of troupe Aubergine and a full time instructor and performer.  She is fun, supportive, and can explain moves clearly. Veil, sword and fans can be part of the future sessions. Because classes are small, there is both personal attention, and input from the class helps determine where we go. Nina's vocabulary of moves, styles and props is huge.

Nina Amaya has been studying Middle Eastern dance, or belly dance, since 1997. She has performed and taught at schools from elementary through college, for groups from the Girl Scouts to Red Hats, at health clubs and at festivals and dance camps up and down the East Coast.

Zils, veils, hip scarves available at the studio, or bring your own. Classes are, Thursday morning, where you get 4 for $20. A Great present to give your unemployed friend....

CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO TEN, so preregister now. www.NinaAmaya.com

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
