I was looking at the address on google maps, how will I know exactly what part of the building to go into?

You can lookup hackerspace Baltimore on google maps and that will get you to the correct location. I believe bing also gets you pretty close.

Eric Mooney has been going through the Raspberry Pi tutorials on adafruit and it has helped him a bunch. I'm sure he would work with you on getting it setup. I would start there because understanding how to load the OS onto the Raspberry Pi will give you an idea of how to load it onto the Beagle Bone. So start with tutorial #1 here: http://learn.adafruit.com/category/learn-raspberry-pi
