Hello Terry.

I am barely more experienced than you, so I give you kudos for stepping up. I have never been to a meetup with this group. The meetins are weekday evenings, when I work. I nearly made it to one of the photo shoots (at Johns Hopkins). It was on a Saturday. I would still like to go to some photo shoots and some meetings. Maybe once in a while some people could meet on weekends. That would be great for me.

Hi everyone,

My name is Terry and I just recently joined the Photography Meetup Group. I'm a newcomer when it comes to photography and just joined a Intro to Photography class. I am also the organizer of the Baltimore Chinese Culture and Language group. This morning, I got a message saying that the organizer for this group stepped down, unless that was just an accident, Antoneo, in which case, just let me know. Since I was already paying Meetup organizer fees on my other group, I went ahead and clicked the "Step Up and Be the Organizer" button for this group. I was surprised when it turned out I was the first person to do so! If there is anyone who is more experienced in photography and would like to be the Organizer, please let me know and I can definitely go back to being just a member. I just wanted to make sure there was an Organizer before the 2 week deadline is up. Otherwise, I'm happy to organize outings as long as you guys tell me where and when you'd like to meet.
