I as a discussion point, you may want to talk about working with grid arrays.
We recently had to work with controlling a grid array, which by default will not work. We had to go about nesting one family arrayed in one direction into another family to array in the other.

Also, what has been your experience with working with wall / face hosted families and copy/monitor.

Whom shall I ask for at the 'reception desk' :) ? On a previous occasion I tried to attend at the last minute and did not know where the group was in the building. It is a nice location...

I have used Revit and just attended the 4 day workshop by MicroDesk in Phildelphia, PA Feb 4-7th.

At the reception desk, just tell them that you are there for RTKL, and they will direct you.
