The visit to the jungle this time will be in Bang Saphan village. Previously we visited two (2) villages: Bon Luk, Pala U Po Kee and this one is the most remote and hardest one,
with 3 hours driving and 2 hrs walking.

To have a peek on how the Jungle Aid volunteers reached the place before, visit this link: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.477998922264210.112857.477986158932153&type=1

Thank you for the continuous support you're doing for Jungle Aid and the Karen people.

Hi Wali! Thank you for your interest in joining this project. But honestly there is a long queue of people in this group who wants to go to this trip, and the only very fair chance they can be involved is when I posted the event and they RSVPd quickly. Participants are indeed very limited because the volunteers has to reach near thai/myanmar borders to visit remote villages and there are restrictions including the number of people. This event happens every month anyway and everyone always have their chance. Cheers! :)

I apologize to those who are very interested in this volunteer event, JA always have limited seats as they also outsource other volunteers aside from our meetup group. The usual participants in this project are already working with the JA team and their presence are highly needed on every trip. I hope for your understanding and thank you. There are always next time! :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
