We will be viewing 1-4 unit properties with $300- $600 positive cash flows. We'll provide pre-analyzed monthly cash-flow analysis's for each property. This will leave less work for you and offers a huge learning opportunity to put all the investment pieces together quickly and accurately.

We’ll supply transportation and snacks to keep up your energy. Please show up on time! We'll finish up around 1:00 p.m..

This group is designed to help investors learn the necessary strategies to acquire Bank Owned Real Estate (REO's) in a "Real World Environment". Each month we have a reality check and venture into the "Field" to physically inspect properties. This is a FREE event. We analyze each property to determine fix-up costs needed for flipping & buy and hold. We'll also analyze each property in all keys areas including investment potential, cash-flow, repair costs, ROI, as well as uncover red flags!

Our goal is to help put all the pieces together to enable investors to make solid investment decisions that will lead to increased returns as well as decreasing risk. This all takes place where it should, in the property! We will bring along a Handyman to assist us with repair costs estimates and over all structural integrity.
