Hi Terrence! Learning Japanese and Irish right now. I do want to learn Mandarin and Cantonese one day but figure it's easiest to learn Japanese first then go to Chinese. If you want to learn Portuguese I suggest you learn Spanish and French first as Portuguese reads like Spanish and pronounces like French. But honestly Italian would suffice before Portuguese as well. Welcome to our group! Hope you can find fellow linguists to meet with!
