If you want to "free your feet" and enjoy the feeling and health benefits of walking in your birthday shoes then this is the meetup group for you.
By improving your posture and strengthening your feet walking barefoot allows you to use your feet in the way they have evolved (over 4 million years) to be used. It can help eliminate aches and pains, and most importantly it feels sensational!
The "Barefoot Walking Surrey" group aims to organise regular walks within a 30 minute drive of Woking/Guildford in Surrey. Walks will be varied, taking in woodland, hills, rivers, canals and open countryside.
