Cool. I'm not familiar with quicksilver but I used to run at San Antonio quite a bit. What's the pack pace like? I usually start steady at 9min and work my way up to 7:40 or so. just looking for regular meetup so I can keep my running honest :) finding it too easy to become lazy these days. if this pace isn't to slow for y'all I'd be interested joining a pack a couple times a week.

Quicksilver is a pretty nice park with a lot of single track. I think you'll fit in fine. I don't know our paces, but we normally run at our own pace and wait for each other or sometimes just run together... it varies on the day.

It's good motivation just to have to show up. I know for me it works. I'll let you know what's going on. I know this week we're meeting again on Thursday morning? I'll have to double check.

I was planning on doing close to 8 mi at Almaden Quicksilver tomorrow morning from the McAbee trail head if you're interested. I can run meet at anytime in the morning.

Hi Ruben, sorry I didn't reply. Couldn't figure out how until today. Is there an organized group that do regular runs?

Yeah, I usually meet up with a couple people in the early mornings a couple times a week. I was thinking of doing a more regular meetup now that the days are longer and the mornings aren't so cold. Pretty much all our runs are at quicksilver and sometimes rancho San Antonio. I've been wanting to go to do the Los gatos creek trail more so that is a possible option.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
