Dan Lieberman's new website

Hey all,

Professor Dan Lieberman (who is responsible for the research on the cover of Nature) has a new barefoot running website. It's totally awesome -- check it out.

- Videos of heel-striking vs. front foot striking
- Barefoot running history
- Running tips

It's a really top notch resource:

Also, I was in touch with Professor Lieberman last year, and they are working on a study design for runners would like to participate -- recording miles, how often barefoot/minimal shoe, and injuries. We'll keep you posted!
