Shibashi I - Tai Chi Qigong Wednesday Nights

Wednesday Nights Learn and practice Shibashi Set 1 - Tai Chi Qigong.  This Qigong features the very best of Yang style Tai Chi in an 18 movement Qigong and works each and every muscle in your entire body and gives all of your internal organs a gentle relaxing massage activating the parasympathetic nervous system.   Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong helps to release stress and tension in the body and bring your body's internal frequency within the vibratory range of love and compassion.  Feels great, easy to learn and has amazing health benefits.

We will disuses and learn about the basics of chi energy flow, the bodies energy meridians, acupressure points etc. so we can begin to develop a basic understanding of the mechanics behind the Qigong movements we are learning.
