Weekly Boot Camp. Boot camp is a 1 hour high intensity full body workout. Using a combination of body weight exercises and interval training designed to work on your strength, endurance and fat burning. It is a very motivating environment to test your body and mind. Sessions are outdoors and run all year regardless of weather conditions. Classes are designed to suit all ages & abilities from 18+
