This will be a moderate 30+ mile ride that is mostly flat.  The rating is based primarily on distance.

We'll see Vineyards, the Russian River, the Hacienda Bridge, Forestville -where we'll ride the quaint forested backroads of Forestville, the Santa Rosa Creek, maybe even see some ducks & egrets, and more!

We'll stop in the Forestville area for lunch.  You can bring your own, or pick up a sandwich at a deli we'll stop at, then we'll eat beneath the redwoods.  If you enjoy riding and great scenery, you won't want to miss this one.

What To Bring:

Snacks, lunch, water, sunscreen, layers, hat.

Have your bike tuned and in good shape.

A repair kit (optional, though suggested).  I'll have a pump.

Fill your tires the day/eve before.

Chill your water bottles or hydration pack (half full w/ water - refrigerate overnight, then top off w/ ice in the a.m. for cold water all day).

$5 Ride fee

As always, your sense of humour is required!

This ride is posted on other Meetup grps, and this will be a good opportunity to make some new friends.

Hi Patricia, I sent you an email explaining the change, with my apology. This ride is pretty flat. There's one or two small hills. If you're good with the distance you'll be fine .

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
